Building internal quality assurance systems are important ways to improve quality management level and enhance quality reputation for distance education institutions. This book selects 11 typical cases from Canada, Britain, Spain, Malaysia and other 9 countries and regions. Quality assurance experts from these case institutions were invited to share their experiences in building and running internal quality assurance systems. They also summarize the difficulties and challenges. Through the case analysis, the key elements of internal quality assurance in distance education institutions are refined. This will provide useful references for the domestic practitioners.
